Departing Sanity

Wed Mar 25, 2009, 5:27 AM

In a departure from sanity pretty impressive even for me I appear to have aquired a Polaroid Camera... of the old school. Basic thinking is somethings just suit that ultra shitty Polaroid image quality better than a really sharp photo. Have given myself a cartridge to work out how to use it, kinda fun to be honest.

In other news, doing lots of researching for uni. Found this vid while I was at it [link] Donald Norman, author of "The Design of Everyday Things". He's pretty entertaining, so enjoy... Points off for Comic Sans abuse though.

Meh, really just updating to procrastinate. If you've got cool alternative uses for lamps by the way I'm still looking for photos =P

Well, not really alternative, but used my bedside lamp downstairs to illuminate the pcbs I was drilling...

Drilling pcbs with a drill press is decidedly theraputic.

If I didn't have a bunch of other stuff to do, I'd quite enjoy making them I think :)
(this lot came out brilliantly ftr :D - thanks)

Haha, I think anyone owning a Polaroid Camera earns heavy points for the groovy retro meter. I want one too. XD

Have fun with the Polaroid Camera and thank you for sharing the video.

Nice, I guess "Wintersmith" probably suits your weather better than it would ours right now...

Nope. They're having to bring it in from another library for me. I'm on Feet of Clay atm. And Wee Free Men, though a younger reader, was friggin hilarious! Nac Mac Feegle rock. =D

'Maurice' was pretty good. About to start on 'Wee Free Men'. Missing the more adult leveled humor of the others, though. :)
