Unfortunately had to be a bit of a rush job. If you're wondering as to why the girl on the left has Akira's casual outfit and the one of the right has Athena's (both from ARIA) colouring... that's because up to a very late stage of planning they were going to be Akira and Athena. Then I remembered that this particular project ties into a design comp and it might be a good idea to keep things as original as possible. unfortunately I'm to lazy and too rushed to bother making big changes.
Anyway, I might be doing a fair dissappearing act for the next month or so whilst end of Semester comes up. Have fun.

ARIA's an anime, probably classed under "Slice of Life". In a word: nothing happens, ever, at all. It just ambles, but for some reason: after watching half an hour of nothing happening, what you really want to do is watch ANOTHER half our of nothing happening. I still haven't worked out why it's so damn addictive. Ya gotta be in the right mood though, I personally like to watch it after a shitty day at work or uni, or to slow down before I go to bed. Basic plot: it follows Akari, a trainee Undine (or female gondolier) through her life in Neo Venizia... basically Venice rebuilt on terraformed Mars. Seriously though, if you took out the space-ships, holo screens and floating islands it wouldn't change the story one bit.
Heh, not going anywhere... just coming up on the end of semester: so my social life is going to drop to nill
